Halloween has newfound popularity rooted in a remake that is a sequel or a remakequel, which in short is only a relaunch of another dead franchise. Nothing new with this version of Halloween, but there’s an argument to make for simplicity within horror movies. Over time horror movies lost to the evolving use of special effects and jump scares. Halloween (2018) wasn’t a great movie; however, it’s what this genre needs as a reflection back to when simple storytelling thrilled the masses.

Mysteries and legends lie between the plains of truth and reality. Choosing to believe is nothing dangerous, but failure to imagine is where, I think, we fail to develop as an evolving species. Sasquatch, aliens, robots, and ghosts are matter-of-fact entities existing within the root cult of modern lore. It is the intrigue by those who believe which keep cryptids alive and provide stories for me to ridicule on this issue of Cryptid news.

Returning home from our daughter’s graduation my wife and notice a triangle formation of lights in the sky just above the Air Force base. There was a plane passing somewhere near as well. She and I watched it for about a minute and after parking, exited the car to find it gone.

Every so-called captured footage of a cryptid needs a reliable photography to snap a worthy image and prove to the world it’s existence. Nowadays, there is no reason why this proof is not substantiated by clear evidence. Use zoom lenses or your feet, otherwise, don’t go to anyone with your grainy near-sighted picture of a blurred out monster that should not be alive.
Seeing is believe, but those pictures make these monsters less than interesting.
