Feminist nerds know the language, and they know what to do in stopping the bomb. Let them take the lead. Nerds about feminism don’t tend go in the cultural nerd circles as much as groups 1 or 3, but they know social structure and know the patriarchal, hierarchical bullshit that is the nerd bomb that’s coming this way. Give them the turrets and the sticky bombs, they also can be in attack mode just as well, but are good for what group 1 can’t get. Nerds who are feminists are the ones we need the most because 1 and 2 are on the metaphorical battlefield day day in and out. The support tends to be mainly men that accidentally realize that people should not be based on things like what may or may not be in someone’s pants, or their likelihood of hooking up with someone based on what’s in someone’s pants.

And the problem is a two parter: not enough and not effective as is. The latter needs to come before the former, because if we get spies to sap the gate keepers, snipers to shoot misogynistic comments right where they stand, and medics to fucking keep us going as the fight continues, we can get more people that realize how fucked up the situation is, not only for women, but for anyone that’s not a straight, white, middle class man.
