Live Action Role Play

From various articles and on camera interviews, Jackman, has never given the impression that he wants to bow out ungracefully, but rather believes the audience will grow seemingly tired of seeing his aging mug. Um, no, far from it. As a fan of Wolverine I had my doubts about Jackmans physical appearance in relation to the clawed berserker I read about as a kid. He was too tall and more of a jerk than a asshole. However, my qualms were never in regards to Jackman’s portrayal of Wolverine but how the character was written. They made him and suppressed the raw nature of the character as to not deter the family demographic. A Wolverine will never earn more than an X-men title, period, and that’s why we’ll never get the true Weapon X. It’s all a dollars game. Remove the family demographic from the box office stats and you only have males 13 and up meandering to the box office and taking seat in an open auditorium on a Luke warm opening weekend i.e. The Wolverine. Weapon x would be a fan fare project and proper bow out for Jackman which will never happen. Just as my co-editor wrote in a piece about Firefly… Let it go people. After sometime we’re just beating a dead horse.
